The living beings around you are now abominations infected by some malevolent pathogen. They will relentlessly chase you as you await the arrival of the rescue helicopter. All you have left is to bless all these creatures with the hell of bullets you have to offer. Collect as much experience as possible, as this way your character evolves, acquires new weapons, and obtains essential passive items for survival. Gathering coins is also crucial as it allows you to purchase permanent skill item upgrades.
