Darkwater is a cooperative extraction horror game designed for 1-4 players, where you command a custom submarine and battle to survive the icy depths of an alien moon. Whether playing solo or with a crew, you must navigate a frozen ocean surface trapped beneath the ice, facing relentless threats from deep-sea predators and hostile enemy submarines. Scavenge abandoned outposts for scarce resources like fuel and supplies, explore dilapidated underwater facilities on foot, and uncover pieces of a larger mystery hidden beneath the waves. Teamwork and careful planning are essential as you fight infected divers, alien crabs, and monstrous angler fish while managing limited resources and maintaining your vessel. Take direct control of your submarine’s systems, including piloting, sonar, and weapons, and upgrade your craft with expanded decks and specialized cabins to enhance stealth, hacking, and combat capabilities. Engage in intense naval warfare using torpedoes, harpoons, decoy mines, and depth charges to outmaneuver rival vessels, or board enemy subs with manned torpedoes for close-quarters combat. Negotiate with other crews or prepare for brutal conflict, balancing diplomacy and aggression to survive the hostile environment. Darkwater challenges players to strategize every move in a desperate battle for survival, combining exploration, combat, and resource management in a chilling underwater world.

Double click inside the Darkwater v1.0 & Multiplayer folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
