About Shadow Baptism
NOTE: This game requires a controller in order to play. Playing with a keyboard and mouse isn’t supported.
A wizard who caused a problem and was banished from the magical world must clear several trials to clear his name. In the otherworld where he was banished, the wizard must collect hats that his enemies have, collect the essences he needs, and defeat the King of the End who reigns over the land.
Game Features:
- A third-person shooter game where you can enjoy thrilling battles using guidance magic in a field where meteorites are falling and tornadoes are rolling around.
- You can defend against enemy attacks by deploying or avoiding shields using two types of magic.
- The bat transformation, like a parry, can stun enemies by transforming into a bat at the timing when an enemy attack hits you.
- The most distinctive feature of this game is the use of roulette. The player’s attack power is determined by a three-layered roulette. The attack power multiplier varies depending on the layer.
- It also sometimes becomes the enemy’s turn, and at that time the enemy’s attack power is determined by the roulette.
- This game uses a roguelite-style reward system, and you can see each reward from “RESOURCES” on the title screen.
Instructions

- Once the game is finished downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to Shadow Baptism.zip” (To do this you will need 7-Zip, which you can get here, or you can use the built in windows extractor).
- Double click inside the Shadow Baptism folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
