As an heir to a rental property, you uncover a dark history where your relative conducted experiments on tenants using hypnosis and brainwashing techniques.

The gameplay revolves around navigating through the building while avoiding detection, using simple controls to capture territory by drawing lines. You'll interact with nine unique tenants, each with distinct characteristics, and unlock a treasure trove of artwork, including over 45 compelling CGs, some enhanced with Live2D animations.
