About One Last Raid
One Last Raid offers a roguelike experience where players select their difficulty and strive to survive 20 challenging rounds. Between rounds, you can purchase temporary upgrades from the shop, which reset after each attempt, adding a strategic layer to your progression. After every round, you earn a chest containing one or more equipment items, but you can only equip a single item per slot, such as one weapon or one helmet. Successfully finishing a run permanently saves your current loadout, while death causes you to lose any new items gained during that attempt, reverting to your last saved setup. Every five rounds, you have the option to safely keep your newly acquired items by opting out, balancing risk and reward as you push forward. Enemies come in five distinct types—Rats, Soldiers, Archers, Brutes, and Plague Keepers—each presenting unique challenges. The shop also offers challenge upgrades that can make enemies stronger or grant them new abilities, while rewarding you with extra coins for added difficulty. The game features five powerful bosses, with each defeated boss increasing the quality of your loot. Players can tailor their experience by choosing to spawn extra bosses for higher rewards or face only the final boss at level 20. With four difficulty levels to unlock—Normal, Heroic, Mythic, and Last Stand—each one intensifies enemy strength, enhances boss abilities, improves loot quality, and alters the overall gameplay, ensuring a fresh and demanding experience every run.

- Once the game is finished downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to One Last Raid.zip” (To do this you will need 7-Zip, which you can get here, or you can use the built in windows extractor).
- Double click inside the One Last Raid folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
