Dive into a vibrant undersea world where you get to build and nurture your very own city from the ocean floor up. In this unique simulation game, you join Hele Tokitsumi in the revitalization of a long-abandoned underwater city, focusing on growing land and constructing a thriving community. The gameplay revolves around cultivating land to a sufficient grade, which is essential for planting special flora known as "Mira's Flowers." As you progress, you collect "prosperity values" through various facilities that residents use, helping raise the land's grade.
With over 50 buildings to choose from, you can create dwellings, production, processing, and commercial facilities, each with distinct advantages. But remember, your designs must be connected and supplied with "air" to function properly. This game is perfect for fans of city-building sims who enjoy a mix of resource management and environmental restoration.
