Eternity Egg is a 3D platformer blending fast-paced action and adventure within a grotesquely warped world. Players experience fluid, kinematic movement mechanics such as bouncing, wall-running, wall-flipping, dashing, sliding, and ground-pounding, creating a dynamic traversal system that keeps gameplay engaging and responsive. At the heart of the adventure is the entropic staff, a unique tool used to gather and harness displaced energy, allowing players to restore balance to a twisted environment by returning it to perfect thermodynamic equilibrium. Alongside these core mechanics, players pilot an upgradeable municipal waste disposal unit to navigate the overworld, adding a strategic element to exploration and interaction. The world of Eternity Egg is inhabited by bizarre and freakish denizens with whom players can converse, uncovering the mysteries of this distorted reality. Combat focuses on vanquishing engorged entropy parasites that threaten the fragile balance of the land. Additionally, the game features a wild west-style gift economy, where trading trinkets and curios with locals plays a key role in progression and world-building.
