About Dreamcards

Dive into a surreal world where your dreams—and nightmares—transform everyday life into a strategic card battle. This unique roguelike deckbuilder immerses players in the inner psyche of The Self, where familiar faces and memories become powerful tools to confront lurking monsters. With a hand-drawn art style that evokes the feel of a personal diary, the game is as engaging visually as it is challenging.

Gameplay revolves around alternating action and buying phases, encouraging you to think several steps ahead as you cycle through cards, trigger effects, and earn imagination points to enhance your deck. With over 100 cards spread across six strategic paths, you can create diverse and unexpected combos, shaping your deck on the fly to optimize your strategy. The stakes are high, as failing even one night could mean losing the entire run.

This game is perfect for those who enjoy intricate deck-building mechanics and the thrill of roguelike challenges, especially if you appreciate a blend of dreamlike storytelling and strategic gameplay.
