About Dread Neighbor
Dread Neighbor is a first-person psychological horror experience inspired by modern Chinese horror, immersing players in a chilling narrative that explores the hidden fears and anxieties of urban solitude through multiple perspectives. You begin as a young woman working and living alone in the city who moves into an old, cheap apartment building to cut costs. The unnervingly quiet atmosphere, narrow hallways, dim lights, and damp corners create a setting where paranoia quickly takes root. Since childhood, your character has possessed the unsettling ability to see things others cannot, and soon you begin to notice countless eyes lurking and watching from within every room. As familiar spaces subtly shift and distort depending on where you look, the ordinary routine of daily life is invaded by an unseen presence that heightens the sense of dread. The gameplay combines heart-pounding chase sequences with investigative elements as you attempt to escape a cruel stalker and uncover the truth behind the haunting. By piecing together clues, players can unlock three distinct narrative conclusions, including a true ending that challenges you to overcome fear without succumbing to it. As anomalies seep into your daily life and familiar surroundings become increasingly unfamiliar, the pressure and darkness grow deeper, revealing that the terror has always been present, even when you look away. - Double click inside the Dread Neighbor folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
