Democracy 3 simulates the motivations, loyalties, and desires of everyone in the country. A custom designed neural network is used to model individual voters, each with varying memberships of voting groups, political parties, and pressure groups. Each voter’s income is modeled, along with their levels of complacency and cynicism. This is the most sophisticated political strategy game ever created.

Once the game is finished downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to Democracy 3 v1.34.zip” (To do this you will need 7-Zip, which you can get here, or you can use the built in windows extractor).
Double click inside the Democracy 3 v1.34 folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
