Bloody Heaven 2 is a rogue-like action game featuring a unique Rune-build system that allows players to customize their combat style through four basic actions: light attack, heavy attack, skill, and dodge. By assigning runes to weapon slots corresponding to these actions, players can tailor their abilities and create diverse battle strategies. As the Revenge Agent of Heaven, you can choose from more than three classes and wield 12 different weapons to carve your way through demonic foes across four challenging chapters, encountering over 20 types of monsters. The game emphasizes fast-paced, strategic combat and encourages experimentation with rune combinations to develop your preferred fighting style. Defeating demons rewards you with gems, which can be transformed into rune inlays to enhance your weapon’s capabilities, granting new powers and effects that evolve your combat approach. However, death carries a harsh penalty: losing your weapon and all its rune inlays, forcing you to start anew. Fortunately, you may find lost weapons in subsequent runs to regain previous progress. Regardless of victory or defeat, when you return to heaven, the gems collected convert into dust used for permanent upgrades, providing a lasting sense of progression and encouraging repeated challenges.
