Blood Facsimile is a tactical first-person shooter set within a dark, surreal sci-fi universe where you assume the role of a contestant forced to participate in a violent and bizarre television program. As you navigate liminal environments such as metro stations, clandestine laboratories, and shopping malls, engaging with NPCs reveals the secrets of this unsettling world. Your primary objective is to collect tokens that will grant your escape, while uncovering hidden collectible stars scattered throughout levels to unlock new passageways and areas. The game’s open-ended, interconnected levels reward exploration and creativity, encouraging players to revisit earlier locations to uncover newly accessible items and witness changes in the game world. The tactical gunplay emphasizes realism and precision, featuring mechanics like leaning, weapon sway, and high recoil sensitivity.
