Automation Empire is a simulation and management game focused on building efficiency and expanding industrial networks. Starting from scratch, you’ll develop a vast interconnected system of factories and machines designed to optimize resource transportation. Success hinges on your ability to manage logistics using a variety of tools, including mine carts, drones, trucks, trains, and cargo rockets. Your challenge is to engineer a mechanical superorganism of production, combining ingenuity and creativity to create a seamless flow of materials through an intricate network of machines. Begin with simple point-to-point delivery systems and gradually increase complexity, weaving together an elaborate mesh of tracks and routes that precisely allocate resources where they’re needed most. As you progress, your goal is to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline your supply chain, extracting and processing valuable metals such as gold, iron, and coal. Refine raw materials into higher-value products using optimized factory production lines, and continually research new technologies to upgrade your infrastructure. Advanced automated machines and systems become available as you harness the power of your extracted resources, enabling exponential growth in production capacity. Additionally, your expanding industrial empire must adapt to the unique challenges posed by seven different planets, each featuring diverse biomes and geological formations that require careful planning and integration.
