Atrio: The Dark Wild is a survival game set in a cyberpunk-inspired post-apocalyptic world where you play as a nameless android tasked with restoring Station 3. To survive, you must capture and exploit unique half-robot, half-organic creatures found throughout the dark wild, each playing a crucial role in your base’s assembly line. The environment is hostile and filled with mysteries—giant statues, the absence of humans, and your true purpose all await discovery as you explore a beautifully crafted world defined by sharp neon lights contrasting with deep shadows. To thrive, you need to build, automate, and optimize complex systems to fend off relentless dangers and keep your base operational. The game features a hand-crafted open world that challenges you to turn the lights back on in a bleak landscape, all while unraveling a witty narrative that reveals why you’ve been sent to the surface.
