Active DBG: Brave’s Rage is an intense deckbuilding game that combines strategic card management with a dynamic ATB combat system inspired by classic JRPGs. Players must carefully construct their decks and make real-time tactical decisions during battle, using precise timing and calculated moves to overcome challenging foes. The game offers a steep learning curve but rewards mastery with satisfying victories that come from well-planned combos and perfectly timed defenses. With the full release, players gain access to a ninth playable Brave—the Princess—joining eight other unique characters, each bringing distinct skills, playstyles, and decks. Throughout the adventure, players recruit a second Brave from the Tavern to form powerful duos, unlocking new synergies and doubling tactical possibilities as they face increasingly difficult enemies. As players advance through randomized quests and events, they encounter new Braves such as Explorer Evra, Lord Don Qui, and Protector Sancho, expanding their roster and strategic options. Progression also unlocks Alter-egos of existing Braves, offering fresh gameplay variations and deeper lore. Combat is further enriched by the ability to activate bullet-time, allowing players to slow down the action for precision card play, well-timed blocks, and devastating counterattacks or MAX Moves. Set against the backdrop of a kingdom in turmoil—with the Ancient Dragon missing and the Princess nowhere to be found—Braves must adapt, strategize, and grow stronger to restore peace.
