You inherit a shopping center in the middle of the desert, an oasis for your customers crossing this hot road. Renovate it, make your own products in your expandable underground laboratory! Your Shopping Center is autonomous, manage your production of electricity, water, oil, resources.

From the mine, to the ores, to the foundry, to manufacture advanced components essential to your development! Freely place your constructions, and destroy them to better organize your space!
- Set up your SHOP: Thanks to numerous construction plans, arrange your shop to perfection! Sell many products previously manufactured in your laboratory! Automate your payment checkouts. Improvements are available to boost your sales!
- Expand your PARKING: Build a parking lot for your customers using materials previously made in your laboratory! Equip your parking spaces with ticketing to charge your customers! Improve their comfort and earn more money!

Instructions
- Click the Download button below and you will be redirected to UploadHaven.
- Wait 5 seconds and click on the blue ‘download now’ button. We recommend using a download manager for faster download speeds. (You can use FDM which is free here, or any other download manager).
- Once the game is finished downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to Center Station Simulator v0.4.6 & ALL DLC.zip” (To do this you will need 7-Zip, which you can get here, or you can use the built in windows extractor).
- Double click inside the Center Station Simulator v0.4.6 & ALL DLC folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
