Tercity Life Simulator is an open-world game where you can explore a big city, make friends, start a family, find interesting jobs, buy real estate and more.

- REAL ESTATE: You can buy various properties: houses, garages or even a restaurant. In your own house you can eat delicious food, relax, take a shower, and use the toilet.
- CAREER: Find a job that you enjoy. Your success depends on your persistence.
- START YOUR OWN BUSINESS: You can purchase a restaurant and improve it. The higher the level of your restaurant, the higher the profit. To raise the level of your restaurant, you can advertise it, hire musicians, buy decorations, improve the menu, and more.
- EXPLORE THE CITY: Enjoy the views of the city while strolling through its cozy streets and parks, or take an exciting journey in your own car.

Instructions
