About Daisen
Step into a warped version of Kyiv, where the line between reality and a hostile dimension blurs after a time experiment goes awry. As Emilia Svitanko, a mercenary for the Daisen corporation, you dive into glowing rifts to combat anomalies and eliminate threats, all while navigating a surreal and chaotic world. This retro first-person shooter emphasizes speed and aggressive combat over traditional tactical gameplay, featuring a unique ammo system where guns generate their own ammunition but require careful management to avoid overheating.
The gameplay loop revolves around fast-paced arena battles, fluid movement, and resource management through skillful action—kills replenish health, and dodging is as vital as aiming. Between frantic missions, you return to a corporate hub to upgrade your gear, preparing for the next chaotic encounter. The Bloodstorm mode adds an endless survival challenge, testing your skills with random modifiers and allowing you to battle to your own soundtrack. This game is perfect for players who thrive on high-octane combat, reminiscent of classics like DOOM and Ultrakill.
