Utilize three ammunition types, each with unique effects, to adapt your tactics to shifting battle conditions. Upgrade your ships, fleets, ports, and buildings to enhance key attributes and unlock new strategic opportunities, requiring thoughtful investment to maintain dominance over trade routes and enemy forces. In addition to major nations, dynamic pirate factions act as independent third parties, introducing unpredictable encounters and expanding tactical options. Close-quarters combat takes center stage through boarding actions, allowing you to capture enemy vessels rather than destroying them, forcing tough decisions between quick elimination or high-risk fleet expansion.
