About Hacktag

Hacktag is a 2-player co-op stealth game featuring asymmetric gameplay where one player takes on the role of a stealth Agent in the field, while the other acts as a Hacker conducting virtual infiltrations. Set in 2029 within a parallel world of anthropomorphic animals, players work as mercenaries carrying out industrial espionage missions for competing corporations. Success depends on seamless teamwork as the Agent navigates corporate buildings using an isometric 3D view and fast, arcade-style mechanics, while the Hacker manipulates security systems from a holographic blueprint perspective, controlling cameras, doors, phones, and even coffee machines. This dynamic approach immerses players in a spy or heist movie experience, offering both online and local multiplayer modes, as well as a single-player option where one player simultaneously manages both roles. The game includes 24 levels spread across three corporations, with three mission types that challenge players to disable alarms, unlock doors, and breach holding cells under time pressure.
