OPUS: Prism Peak is a narrative adventure that places you in the shoes of a weary photographer stranded in the enigmatic Dusklands, traveling alongside a mysterious girl who has lost her memories. Armed with an old analog camera, you explore this surreal world by capturing carefully framed photographs, using timing, exposure, focus, and filters to reveal the hidden desires of the spirits that inhabit the land. As you navigate through the Dusklands, you encounter Sacred Firebowl shrines marked by aperture symbols, which connect different worlds and hold vital secrets. By deciphering and fulfilling the photographic challenges each shrine demands, you earn valuable items and upgrades that enhance your camera’s capabilities, deepening your connection to the world around you. The girl accompanying you senses a distant destination—Dusk Mountain—but her reasons for being there remain shrouded in mystery. Together, you journey through a realm where animals take the place of humans, and spirits quietly shape the environment through their bonds with you. The Dusklands mirror reality yet bear no trace of humanity, inviting you to uncover why humans have vanished and what purpose this world truly serves. Along the way, your discoveries are documented in the Dusklands Field Notes, a journal that compiles photos and stories, helping you identify spirits, piece together myths, and decode ancient runes. - Once the game is finished downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to OPUS: Prism Peak v1.28.4.64 & ALL DLC.zip” (To do this you will need 7-Zip, which you can get here, or you can use the built in windows extractor).
- Double click inside the OPUS: Prism Peak v1.28.4.64 & ALL DLC folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
