TETRACHROMA revolutionizes classic tetromino stacking by introducing a vibrant twist where color matching is essential to clearing lines. Unlike traditional block stacking games, pieces appear in two or more colors, and a line clears only when all blocks match in color. The gameplay is further enriched by a unique color-changing mechanic inspired by the board game Reversi: placing a piece adjacent to a line flips that line’s colors to match, allowing for strategic manipulation of the board. Players must carefully plan their moves to maximize combos and clear over 15 lines with a single piece, offering a fresh and challenging experience that blends puzzle-solving with fast-paced action. The game features modern stacking mechanics such as wall kicks, lock delay, spins, perfect clears, and combo chains, providing fluid and satisfying gameplay. It includes 40 hand-designed puzzles and more than five diverse modes, including 400-line marathon and 100-line versions tailored to different playstyles.
