About Oceaneers

Oceaneers is a survival-crafting colony simulation set in a flooded world where you manage a group of stranded survivors on sinking islands powered by mysterious Float-Tech. Your mission is to grow and protect an island colony by recruiting new survivors, harvesting scarce resources, and building devices to resurface and haul floating islands back to your settlement. With limited supplies, you’ll need to brave the ocean’s dangers, including harsh weather and hostile creatures like seagulls, crabs, and sharks, while maintaining a steady food and water supply. Efficient waste management, fertilizer production, and crop farming are essential to keep your colony thriving. The game allows you to create characters with unique skills and traits, customizing appearances with a variety of hairstyles, beards, and mustaches, fostering a strong attachment to your survivors and their individual journeys. Exploration plays a key role as you send rafts on expeditions to discover new biomes, resources, blueprints, and story-driven items hidden in island bunkers filled with corporate secrets and strange technology. You can directly control your survivors or automate tasks, designing multiple rafts to expand your reach across the seas. A deep research tree lets you unlock advanced Float-Tech contraptions and workstations to improve island buoyancy and upgrade your colony’s defenses. Balancing survival mechanics with storytelling, Oceaneers challenges you to uncover the mysteries of the deep sea while building a resilient and prosperous floating community in a hostile and ever-changing environment.
