Zanna Hendricks, a world-famous fitness influencer, arrives at a remote running trail in the picturesque mountains of Northern Italy to celebrate a significant career milestone. Beneath her confident exterior, Zanna conceals a traumatic past, and just a few kilometers into her run, she is ambushed by a group of masked killers. What begins as a peaceful morning jog quickly turns into a desperate race for survival as Zanna is relentlessly hunted across the rugged landscape.
