Stiff Neck is a first-person psychological narrative game that immerses players in the life of Noele, a small-town police officer grappling with chronic neck pain and a complicated past. Set against the backdrop of a mysterious strike at a toy factory and the eerie appearance of cursed dolls in an abandoned tower, the story unfolds through your choices, shaping Noele’s attitude and revealing hidden facets of her life. As you navigate her daily duties—from mediating neighborhood disputes to investigating serious crimes—you encounter a cast of complex characters, including her gentle boyfriend Nil, the visually impaired massage therapist Will, her ambitious ex-girlfriend Grace, and her loyal AI canine companion, Dog.
