About 3rd eye
“3rd eye” is a 2D exploration and horror game featuring Koishi Komeiji from the Touhou Project. Players use Koishi’s unique ability, her Third Eye, to navigate and uncover secrets within a surreal mental world that defies reality. This power is essential for progression, allowing you to find hidden objects and access new areas, but it comes at a cost: the more you rely on the Third Eye, the more bloodshot it becomes. To prevent it from turning fully red, you must manage its condition by using eyedrops, adding a layer of tension to your journey. The narrative follows Koishi, a girl who fears her mind-reading ability and has lived most of her life isolated, locked away in her room. One night, she awakens in an unfamiliar place, setting off a chain of events that will forever change her life. Throughout your exploration, you will encounter a diverse cast of characters including Koishi’s estranged sister, Satori Komeiji, who avoids people and lives among animals, as well as several other figures like the Rabbit Girl, a girl burdened by a despised job, and Reisen Udongein Inaba, a mature woman who provides medicine. The game world spans multiple distinct locations such as the bustling Park filled with friends and shopkeepers, the serene and snowy Snowfield where treasures await discovery, the contemplative Bamboo Thicket offering only emptiness, and the Mansion, Koishi’s home where family interactions unfold under important rules. Each area contributes to the atmosphere and depth of the game, creating a rich environment for players to immerse themselves in this irreversible experience.

- Double click inside the 3rd eye folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
