Each department features unique mechanics; for example, in the bakery, you’ll order dough, buy an oven, and bake fresh goods. Stay vigilant by monitoring shelf stock in real time, quickly refilling shortages to avoid lost sales. Expand your store by adding new sections in any direction, and unlock the second floor to increase space and improve accessibility. Manage your team by hiring cashiers, stockers, and bakers, overseeing shifts and employee performance to keep operations running smoothly. Your megastore includes a large warehouse with four truck loading bays and access to both floors, where you can invest in equipment such as pallet robots, forklifts, and pallet jacks to streamline stock management.
