About MORSE
The Kaisers Fleet is closing in, and it’s up to you to master the lost language of MORSE Code to repel their naval assault through precise timing, strategy, and telegraphy. MORSE is a wave-based strategy game controlled with just two inputs: Morse and Artillery. Players navigate a dynamic grid of letters and numbers by entering dots and dashes, unlocking new characters as they progress. Use your artillery to reveal hidden enemy ships with the flash of your strikes and deliver accurate, rapid fire to sink them before they break through your defenses. Between waves, upgrade your reconnaissance, firepower, and sea mines to strengthen your blockade. Mines can be deployed in various formations, withstand damage, and warn of breaches, making them essential for holding the line as enemy vessels grow stronger and more numerous with each assault. The challenge intensifies as new isograms appear, vertical rows extend, and powerful German warships emerge from the darkness, pushing your skills to the limit. MORSE offers a unique blend of real-time strategy and skill mastery, encouraging players to learn and perfect Morse Code through a telegraphy tree and different control schemes such as Iambic and Sideswiper. The game supports mouse, keyboard, and Steam Deck, but for the authentic experience, players can connect homebrew or commercial telegraph keys, with detailed guides available to build your own. In addition to the campaign mode featuring a midnight breach of the German blockade, a skirmish mode allows players to hone their telegraphy skills across a variety of words. With 40 Morse characters to learn, three telegraph types, calibration options, and an Expert Mode for added challenge, MORSE combines depth and simplicity in a compelling package. The game also includes modifiers to mix up gameplay and a manual that expands knowledge of both the game and Amateur Radio. Can you communicate, illuminate, and eliminate your way to victory?
Instructions

- Once the game is finished downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to MORSE.zip” (To do this you will need 7-Zip, which you can get here, or you can use the built in windows extractor).
- Double click inside the MORSE folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
