About CURE - A Hospital Simulator

CURE: A Hospital Simulator places you at the helm of a nighttime emergency room in the small town of Mercy, set against the backdrop of a mysterious apocalyptic outbreak. This co-op simulation challenges you to juggle fast-paced, high-stakes emergency care with strategic hospital resource management. Whether playing solo or teaming up with up to three friends, you must diagnose and treat patients with increasingly bizarre symptoms while managing beds, diagnostics, and supplies. The gameplay demands quick thinking and adaptability, as you prepare your hospital before each chaotic shift, balancing your budget and stocking essential items to handle the growing influx of patients—and other unexpected threats. Beyond traditional medical care, CURE pushes you into morally complex scenarios where not all patients are treatable, forcing you to make difficult decisions that may involve “doing the right harm.” The game uniquely blends first-person action with simulation management, requiring you to fend off undead attacks while maintaining hospital operations. Integration with Twitch and Discord allows live audiences to actively participate by influencing gameplay and appearing as patient NPCs, creating a dynamic community-driven experience. Through progression and unlocks, you gain access to new medicines, diagnostic tools, weapons, and story elements, deepening the challenge and narrative as you strive to save lives amid the apocalypse.

Instructions

• Once the game is finished downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to CURE - A Hospital Simulator v0.4.0.41.zip” (To do this you will need 7-Zip, which you can get here, or you can use the built in windows extractor).
• Double click inside the CURE - A Hospital Simulator v0.4.0.41 folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
