SIDE EFFECTS plunges you into a tense, turn-based medical roulette where up to four test subjects compete in a deadly trial—only one can survive. Each round presents a selection of pills that vary wildly in effect: some provide aid, others inflict harm, and a few guarantee instant death. The outcome is uncertain, as you never know how a pill will affect your mind or body. Success depends on outlasting your opponents by carefully managing your resistance, a critical stat that diminishes with every pill ingested. Once your resistance hits zero, your time is up. Between rounds, you can strategically select from a variety of experimental items and treatments, such as vaccines or mouth clamps, to shift the odds in your favor and enhance your chances of survival. The competition is fierce, as the other patients are just as determined to outlive you, employing bluffing, adaptation, and every resource at their disposal to stay alive one dose longer. SIDE EFFECTS offers both single-player and multiplayer modes supporting 2 to 4 players, providing a dynamic and high-stakes experience for any group. With over 15 unique items and six distinct pill types to test, each session offers fresh challenges and unpredictable outcomes. Instructions

• Click the Download button below and you will be redirected to UploadHaven.

• Once the game is finished downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to SIDE EFFECTS v1.09.zip” (To do this you will need 7-Zip, which you can get here, or you can use the built in windows extractor).
• Double click inside the SIDE EFFECTS v1.09 folder and run the setup application. Accept the EULA, and install the game. Then, launch the game through the desktop shortcut.
