The protagonist discovers late in life that he, too, has this kind of mutation; the Ministry of Mutant Management offers him the opportunity to attend Mutant College, a college where mutants are trained to become the heroes of the world, ready to defend the world from threats and catastrophes. The protagonist in this fantastic and unexpected adventure will have the opportunity to get to know and form bonds with his fellow college students.
